Description: Barrel-Aged Wild Ale with Lemon Verbena and Pineapple Sage Bottle Release 3/25/23 - $16/500 mL Fruit brings aromatics, but also sugars, acids, and other compounds that alter a beer both in predictable and unpredictable ways. These two barrels already had a beautiful tart balance that we didn't want to disrupt, so we infused them with homegrown herbs: Pineapple Sage (from Ken) and Lemon Verbena (from Mike). The result is a beautiful melding of lemondrop, hay, herbs, and oak.
