Description: Pale Sour Ale Aged in Barrels with Citrus Zest and Vanilla Beans Bottle Release 7/22 - $16/500mL One of our favorite variant concepts has been fresh citrus zest and vanilla beans. Usually the base is an IPA... but we always wanted to try it with a barrel-aged sour base! This blend already had citrusy notes from the mixed-fermentation, and vanillin from the oak barrels. Adding real grapefruit, orange, lemon, lime, and Papua New Guinea vanilla beans adds intensity, without totally obscuring the wonderful beer underneath!
