Description: A blended dark ale using our classic Windmills & Weathervanes barrel-aged stout to which we blended a portion of our House Red. This was to give a hint of acidity and a bit of funk, but really wanted to keep a bold malt base from the imperial stout-ish. More funk will appear with careful cellaring.
