Description: A classic combo of cherries and Flanders Red! Instead of just Morello, we used black cherries as well to give a touch more depth to the cherry flavour. Classic lactic and acetic on the palate and nose, with fruit really giving some extra complexity. This beer would be absolutely perfect with some grilled duck breast... mmm!
