Description: Our lime summer ale. This recipe is at it's base a west coast IPA, only we wanted to see what would happen if we replaces all the bitter hops with fresh lime juice. So it has the same acidity as an IPA but it's citric acids instead of alpha acids from hops. It ended up being a fun light and easy to drink beer for a nice day.
