Description: English style barley wine aged in Bache-Gabrielsen Cognac Barrels. This is the first in a series of beers which combine the expertise of Bryggerhuset Pilotbryggeri and the Cognac house Bache-Gabrielsen. An English-style barley wine aged for 139 days in carefully selected Cognac barrels that previously held distillates used for Bache-Gabrielsen X.O. Cognac. After barrel aging, the beer was hand bottled and labelled. The flavour will continue to evolve over time. Brew date: 05.09.2016 Bottled: 27.04.2017
