Description: SHARKY WATERS, our long awaited Barleywine brewed in collaboration with our homie Kyle from @horusagedales that was aged in Cognac barrels for 18 months. Originally brewed in April of 2017, this English-style Barleywine has matured beautifully in oak, soaking up rich Cognac flavors of honey cake, dried fig & black cherry. The layered malt profile in this beer has endured with time and contact with wood, revealing notes of dark caramel, cocoa, nutmeg & rum raisin. There's a gentle tartness present that melds beautifully with the residual sugars remaining and high alcohol that provides fullness in the body.
