Description: IPA DDH with Phantasm Powder, Nelson Sauvin and Motueka hops. Phantasm Powder is a new product out of New Zealand, it is freeze dried Sauvignon Blanc grape skins. They have a ton of Thiols in them, the same thing that is in hops to produce the fruit characters. We were lucky enough to be one of the few breweries out there to get some to play with. It really seems to take the hops to another level.
