Description: In late summer 2019, we made a wine with our homegrown Regent and Cabernet Jura grapes. We macerated the grapes for about a week, and added the wine after primary fermentation to a barrel of beer we brewed nine months earlier. They were aged together for nine more months in the barrel. Bottled June 2020.
