Description: In late summer 2018, we made a wine from our homegrown Sauvignac and Cabernet Blanc grapes. We macerated the grapes for a few days, and added the wine after primary fermentation to a barrel of beer we brewed six months earlier. They were aged together for sixteen more months in the barrel. Bottled December 2019.
