Description: West Chester is the town that our co-founder Kai and his wife Claudia first met. West Chester is an Apple Brandy Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout conditioned on Nicaraguan coffee. The base imperial stout is a first-running stout that clocks in at 13% ABV. This imperial stout was aged in the barrels for nine months, and the result is an imperial stout with notes of sweet apple, spice, rich chocolate, oak, vanilla, & caramel. The Nicaraguan coffee adds notes of citrus, and intense caramel, and balances it all out with a clean roast.
