Description: The second incarnation of this beer has double the passion fruit pulp (and a bigger ABV), creating a sharper, stronger beer. As with the last brew; loads of dry-hopping with Galaxy, Citra and Mosaic, and passion pulp being infused at the end of the boil, has produced the most heady passionfruit/tropical fruit aromas and flavours for this lager. The pale malts are perfectly balanced by a moderate, dry bitter and a clean sharpness from the fruit.
