After pioneering Norwegian craft beer for more than a decade, he is flying off towards Cretan adventures. Luckily he gave us a visit on his way. Kjetil is (among many things) the master of Imperial Stout. And free as a bird he put together a recipe with us. An Independent Stout - to honor and remind us why we set out to brew better beer.
