Description: Loosely inspired by the Belgian-style Singles, this is our interpretation of a Belgian ”session ale”. The beer pours a deep ruby red with nice khaki-colored head. Belgian yeast aromas are very gentle with notes of pepper, citrus peel, and soft banana esters underneath a sweet, bready, biscuit maltiness. The beer has a silky body with flavors of dried cranberries, pomegranate, toasted malt, and a subtle herbal hop character followed by a dry, peppery finish.
