Description: The Portland leg of this epic collabobrew resulted in a unique spin on a Belgian style Triple. Featuring housemade invert syrup to ramp up the fruity, spicy fermentation notes created by two different doses of Belgian yeasts. In the conditioning tank we added a very light dose of Pinot Gris, adding a drying and mineral undertone to the mix.
