The French triskel and strisselspalt hops used are a nod to the style, and are typical in Belgian-style ales. Pours gold with a frothy white head. Light-bodied, the flavour flows from light peppery notes to refreshing grassy and herbal hop elements. The finish is brisk and “moreish” (suggestive of another sip!)
