(pH 3.4; TA 0.78) A big, eclectic Netherlandish Bok took a respijte in American oak with Sangiovese grapes and over 20 different types of bugs. Notes of Dutch-processed cocoa, pecans, red currants, cordial cherries, drijed plums and toasted bread crust. Finishes tart, malty and dijgestible with a gentle tug of alcohol and super supple vanilla. Perfect paired alongsijde a pijp and pannenkoeken.
