Funked Up Series #17: St. Whatshername | Bent Brewstillery
ABV: 9.0%
IBU: 25
Style: American Wild Ale
Actively Produced
Description: Brett Tripel, Holy made with Brett & dry hopped Spring 2016: Made with Muscato grapes and dry hopped with Centennial and Cascade. A traditional Belgian triple made traditionally and fermented funkily. Aromas and flavors of pear drops, hay, clementine orange, pineapple, pepper and spice. Three types of brettanomyces lend a rounded funky, bright fruity kick to the long, very dry and crisp finish. Strong willed, thoroughly dirty and utterly dangerous… the beginning, or end, to a magnificent story.
