Description: Batch 38 is exclusively made up of barriques used to age white wine. A blend of barrels was made in which the La Trappe Quadrupel was aged one, two or three years. The white wine barrels used originate from the "Gaillac" carton in Southern France. The "Loin de l'oeil" and the "Muscadel" are characteristic grape varieties that are cultivated in this region. The wine made of these grapes are known for their low acidity and fruity flavours. The batch was blended in February 2020.
