Description: Angelina Grand Cru, our special vintage ale, is brewed in small quantities to mark special occasions. This strong, pale-colored beer is spiced with coriander and orange peel and dried a bit with wild honey, local-sourced from Nacogdoches bee keepers. The added honey sugar brings up the alcohol content. Brewed with Styrian Golding hops and finished with a floral Cascade hop completed this best in class Ale. This a beer to share among friends and pairs well with food and cheeses.
