Description: ITA: Birra scura, di color marrone tonaca di frate, si presenta con una schiuma compatta e persistente. Al naso sentori di nocciola tostata che si completano con note torrefatte di cereale e di frutta secca. All’assaggio risulta appagante e piena e si ritrovano gli aromi di cereale torrefatto, di cacao e di nocciola tostata coltivata in Italia nel territorio delle Langhe. Una coccola di fine pasto per rendere golose le serate natalizie. ENG: A dark brown beer, reminiscent of a monk’s tunic, it has a thick and persistent head. The scents of roasted hazelnut are complemented by notes of roasted cereals and nuts. The taste is fulfilling and smooth and, once again, is full of aromas of roasted cereals, cocoa and Italian roasted hazelnuts from the Langhe region.
