Description: Bel colore bruno con schiuma abbondante, persistente e dall’ammiccante color cappuccino. Olfatto caratterizzato dal caramello con decise note di tostatura che ricordano la frutta secca con lievi punte di affumicato, sentori di cacao, agrumato d’arancia e miele di castagno. Nel palato si presenta morbida e vellutata sin dal primo sorso pur in un territorio dominato da caramello e da malti più tostati che ricordano la frutta secca (nocciole tostate in testa) che gradatamente ci conducono ad un retrogusto complesso per l’unione tra note affumicate dei malti e quelle amaricanti ed aromatiche conferite dal luppolo. Sense of smell is characterized by caramel and roasting aromas not far from dried fruit with slight smoky notes and hints of cocoa, orange and chestnut honey.
