Description: A modern twist on the venerable special bitter style - a real ale made for the few handpumps of Switzerland and specially adapted with low carbonation for bottles. Brewed in Ticino together with Full Measure Brewing (Bern), using rye for a spicy, grainy touch, and a big, extended whirlpool of our favourite English hops: Pioneer and East Kent Goldings. Best served from 10˚C up, this beer gets more and more English as it warms up.
