Description: Introducing our second beer - Choc & Chilli Stout, brewed with Quantum Brewing of Stockport. Seven malts and three hops (Magnum, Columbus & First Gold) were used to create this rich stout, before cocoa powder and a selection of our favourite chilli’s went in to the fermenter to add a layer of silky smooth chocolate topped with a ‘sensible’ chilli bite. Sensible? Screw that! Sensible will go out of the window when we launch this beer at the groundbreaking beer celebration that will be Indy Man Beer Con* . You guys remember our friend Randall, right? Well he’s coming out again in Manchester where we’re going to load him up with a few Naga-Bhut Jolokia chilli’s. We don’t know how hot this beer is going to go… It’s going to be a fun weekend finding out though!
