Canadian Frontier | Black Creek Historic Brewery

ABV: 5.0%
Style: Bitter - Session / Ordinary
Actively Produced
Description: Inspired by recipes of the 1800s, we honour the tradition of English "Session" ales with our own Black Creek Best Bitter Ale. This copper coloured ale gives rise to a malty body with a balanced finish. Enjoy the authentic taste that was appreciated by the hard working settlers of our Canadian frontier! It pours deep, coppery amber; almost like an autumnal maple leaf. The nose is fairly mild with sweet, biscuit-like and malty aromas. Those flavours continue through the first sip and mid-tastes as well. You’ll notice some caramel/toffee notes too, and an earthy hop presence on the finish. It’s a light-bodied, easy-drinking beer: perfect for a summer barbeque, patio session, or as a refresher after time in the sun.
