Description: It's hot & dry, so we decided to try something a little different. We brewed a version of our house pilsner but lightened it up with flaked wheat, & used a technique called "hop bursting". We used a small amount of hops in the first stage of the boil & waited out the boil to add the last, extra large, dose of hops to really accentuate the "noble" character so typical of German brews. Crisp, floral & refreshing, this beer is great with salads, schnitzel & fish dishes.
