Description: CONSTELLATION is a blend of three different bases, lambic-inspired coolship spontaneous beer and spontaneous solera beers. This is then refermented with blackberries. Wonderful berry flavor, very smooth, still a fruit beer but definitely towards the more traditional Belgian end of the fruiting spectrum. Moderate fruit balanced with the base beer - which shines through.
