Description: COVERT is a 100% spontaneously fermented super braggot that was barrel aged and fermented on cherries, raspberries, and black currants. This beer is an experiment in pushing the boundaries of fermentation and blurring the lines between mead and beer. Using all local honey and fruit, we brewed a low-ABV wort and added it to the honey and fruit, creating something completely unique and full of flavor. One barrel only, with similar experiments coming in the near future.
