Description: THINTHREAD is a lightly fruited sour ale with notes of cherry and rhubarb throughout. A mild spice from the cherries accentuates the base beer and creates a nice complement to the dry bitterness from the rhubarb. For this beer, we added very small amounts of fruit to showcase the subtlety of each fruit as well as the beer itself.
