Description: 2017 Cincy Beer Week Collaboration with Listermann, Moerlein, Municipal and Narrow Path. We used an heirloom variety floor malted Pilsner Malt to create a crisp, refreshing base in the German tradition. We then “Americanized” it by adding several late additions of fruity Hallertau Blanc and El Dorado hops. The result is a wonderful example of what can happen when many people come together to create something more than the sum of its parts.
