Savio’s out here yelling, “louder!” Saint Savio is an apple bochet-style mead that we fermented and aged in our bugged Hungarian oak barrel, lovingly known as “The Garbage Can” for 6 months. This slightly tart and dry mead endured the Alaskan elements all Summer. You can taste the sun and, more prominently, the rain with each sip.
