Description: Brewed to celebrate my second daughter Willa’s birthday, this rustic red farmhouse ale was blended with a portion of spontaneously fermented Turbulent Consequence from her birth year (2016) and matured for 11 months in red wine barrels. Each year, a portion of past blends will be added to the current batch and then bottle-conditioned with honey from her Grandpa’s beehive. Bright and lively fresh, this wild ale will evolve whimsically as it ages alongside Willa.
