Description: What a combo! Inspired by Vietnamese cuisine, we wanted to make a beer that challenged the status quo. We can't say it's a classic, but we think it's pretty darn tasty! Dragonfruit has a subtle taste, but when paired with pomelo peel and lemongrass, really helps bring everything together... This is perhaps more savoury than sweet, albeit with a sour palate. The lemongrass adds a herbal complexity.
