Description: Mai Tai Wild Ale. We've come full circle with the secondary cask ageing of a 12 month old wild ale in our very own rum barrels. This was one of the key reasons we incorporated a still into our production, to have our own spirits making an impact on our own barrel aged beers. Inspired by the Tiki cocktail classic, we've aged the beer with almonds and citrus in our bourbon barrel aged rum barrels.
