This beer is a blend of 100% barrel aged beer that has been ageing for 12-24 months. It's got acid, depth, funk, and is gloriously dry. We recommend drinking this beer at cellar temperature (12-14C) and pairing it with some nice stinky blue cheese, or maybe some grilled meats with a tomato, basil and balsamic salad.
