Description: RAMJET 2020 Whisky barrel-aged Imperial Stout. Aged in freshly emptied whisky barrels from our friends at Starward Whisky Distillery in Port Melbourne, Ramjet 2020 is a big beer with great malt complexity. Our 2020 vintage of Ramjet is a mix of barrels from the always incredible Starward whisky… Some American oak, some French. The result? Layers of complexity, with perhaps a touch more vanilla on the palate than previous iterations (not quite as much as Roger Ramjet though), with the red wine notes that were previously in the Starward barrels making its presence known. The whisky is prominent as usual, giving way to the rich malts, complex oak character and light fruit and roast malt finish.
