Description: Here we go around the mulberry bush, but you may not want to have this one early in the morning!! Mulberries grow on a large tree and are a very dark black fruit... a little bit sweet, a little bit tart, a little bit earthy. Not too dissimilar to blackberries but with less acidity. They make a great impact with their incredibly vibrant colour and the flavour adds a balance to a wild ale base.
