Description: Rasberry bourbon barrel aged imperial stout. The base beer for this exclusive is a 12 month old bourbon barrel aged imperial stout. Whilst delicious on its own, we wanted to have some fun with the beer (and it's sister AUTUMN beer) by adding natural raspberry extract. As rasberries are a delicious summer fruit, we thought we'd bring back memories of that month with some raspberry character added to this stout. These beers are about experimentation, so we've also been dabbling in bottle conditioning these high abv barrel beers. This means that the exclusives will see the dark side more often!
