Description: Red vineyard peach fermented on lambic. These organic peaches come from a small farmer in the Mosel wine region of Germany. The small red peaches are extremely aromatic and rich in flavour. Fermented and aged on a chardonnay barrel from château Genoels-Elderen, Belgium. This entry is for the unblended version, straight from the barrel. Vintage 2014. [this beer was dumped after something went wrong with it, we'll make it again in 2015]
