Description: Berliner Weiss is a traditional German sour wheat beer brewed with 50% each malted barley and malted wheat. We add an acid culture to lower the pH of the beer, leaving it refreshingly tart. In true traditional form, we also brewed up some house-made raspberry syrup and woodruff syrup, the typical condiments offered to balance the acidity with sweetness to your taste.
