Description: This half-beer/half-cider is the first of a few wild projects we’re working on with Newtopia Cyder. This 6.7% “graf” is a blend of pressed apple cider and ale fermented with a saison yeast strain, then finished with hundreds of pounds of dragonfruit and guava. It’s impressively dry and delicate with sharp nuances of each of the unique fruit elements.
