Description: Traverse Red IPA is brewed annually to celebrate The Traverse Race. This year, we created a recipe for ideal late-Summer enjoyment. Light, copper-red color reflects the nature of the malt backbone. Exceptional floral, citrus, spice and dill/pine undertones help define the aroma. This super refreshing Red IPA commences with clean, citrus flavors with a touch of spiciness/toffee. It finishes with a musky dill/pine due to the additions of Sorachi Ace and Cascade hops. Although a slight bitterness exists, this brew is well-balanced, especially for a the style.
