Description: Cloudy straw-colored beer with a fine white top. It reveals spicy, floral, and clementine (duh!) aromas, sparkling nicely and velvety. As we were setting up our project we had sessions at 8 PM after our working days. We created Clémentine, a light white beer with original clementine peel, fit for relaxation and fresh enough to keep our minds clear. The label is a remembrance of the many sunsets we were able to admire while working late on our project. And every velvety sip still reminds us of those precious moments.
