Description: Blonde, 5,5% abv, hazy and opalescent, creamy head. Her nose is a mix of citrus fruits and flowers - thanks to the use of ‘forgotten’ hop varieties, grown with love in the south of Germany - with a note of ripe pear. It develops flavours of citrus, bergamot and kumquat, as well as notes of rustic cereals (spelt, wheat, and rye) and wild flowers. Its final is very dry, as the style wants it. A real thirst-quencher!
