Description: The second release from our Pasty Stout series, we introduce a liquid take on a favorite breakfast food. We brewed a big, dark, rich imperial stout - clocking in at 10% ABV. To satisfy our sweet tooth, we refermented the beer on 2 gallons/barrel of Grade A maple syrup before adding vanilla beans, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pouring a thick, opaque black with a dark tan head, our French Toast stout is a pleasure to the senses.
