Description: Originally one of our brewers' recipe brought from home, we gave it a couple of tweaks before brewing the full sized batch. Loaded with pilsner and wheat malts, squeezing all we could from the mash. Only using a pinch of hops for bitterness, the all important yeast imparts the majority of this beer's character. Dry and spicy, with a subtle hint of fruit... it is a little dangerously easy to drink, so beware. Teat yourself, nip in and grab a jug!
