Description: This is the Ghost Chili variant of our Barreled Aged Imperial Stout. Limited to one 5 gallon keg. Eric Dodge and Stephanie Berry, managers at the Wine & Spirits at the Crossroads Hy-Vee in Waterloo, IA partnered with Broad Street Brewing to create this beer. Eric created the recipe for this big stout, and together they aged most of that beer in the store's Jack Daniels whiskey barrel. Barrel number 14-6788 from Rick L-31 was hand selected by Eric & Stephanie to be their store's single barrel whiskey for its amazing taste, and then got a second life by having this and crafted beer aged in it. This batch of beer was limited to 60 bottles and two 5 gal kegs of the unaged, and 60 bottles and 8 kegs of the aged, with four of they kegs each getting an extra ingredient be become a one-off varient.
