Description: bottling date: 26/02/2020 · bottle count: 724 For this Pruim, we used Reine Claude Conducta plums from Hoepertingen, Haspengouw region, Flanders. This pink-purple plum has a crispier flesh and higher sweetness than other plum varieties. We macerated these plums for almost seven months on a single oak barrel that previously held white Chardonnay wine from the Burgundy region. The lambikken originate from two barrels and three brews.
