Description: Multi-oat/Wheat Triple IPA brewed and dry hopped with Phantasm, Cascade, Idaho 7, Citra & Nelson Sauvin. The first thiol unlock Experimental recipe. We started with our TIPA recipe and then hit it with a big dose of Phantasm. Derived from NZ Sauvignon Blanc grape skins, Phantasm brings a big thiol character to the beer which is a key player amongst the compounds that drive the massive, tropical flavors we love from New Zealand hops. This TIPA had a load of cascade hops during the mash, in the whirlpool we used Idaho 7 with Phantasm & double dryhopped with Citra, Idaho 7 and Nelson Sauvin.
