Description: Our oracle into ingenuity. A beacon of our muses, we worship at the altar of this homogenization of tradition and modernity. This IPA is made from barley, wheat and oats and fermented warm with a strain of Brettanomyces yeast that imparts bright tropical pineapple esters. We then whirlpooled the beer with Citra and Galaxy and then dry-hopped with hand-selected Citra and Idaho Gem. The result is an incredibly drinkable expose of tropical fruit, tangerine and bright earthy grasses.
